Our Common-Sense Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be really happy with your purchase. If not, we’ll try our best to sort it out for you.

“It was damaged when it arrived”
Simply return the item in its original condition after emailing us as instructed below ensuring it reaches us within 14 days of you receiving the item.

Please send me an email including details of your name, postcode, & invoice/order number (on the invoice in your parcel) with a description of what you ordered and a note of why you’re returning the item, and we’ll replace it as soon as possible.

Our Guarantee
Please note: Anita Collier reserves the right to withhold this service from any customer that is suspected of abusing the guarantee. Our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into with any party.

Refunds (UK only)
When returning a product, you’ll receive a refund via paypal unless you wish to exchange the items for other products.

Refunds (Outside UK)
When returning a product, you’ll receive a refund via paypal minus any postage charges unless you wish to exchange the items for other products.

Returns can only be accepted back if they are received in their original condition. We reserve the right to offer only a partial refund or exchange on items that are damaged or soiled.

How to Return Items
IMPORTANT: Please read the conditions above first.

Simply email us with a description of the item(s) for return including:

the invoice/order number and the reason for return to: anita@anitacollier.co.uk

We will then give you the appropriate postal details corresponding to the item(s) you have ordered.

Please note, we must receive the items for refund/exchange in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving them.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered an item to you in error or the item is faulty. To ensure goods reach us, it is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service as we can, of course, only give refunds or exchanges for goods we actually receive.
